Discussion:
Slow travel; HeightEr

I have this Yale OS030ECN24TE (serial C801) that has slow/weak travel and the display shows HeightEr. I replaced the sensors but still get the same error. The traction controller is in good condition.
What should I look for next?

Thank you for the feedback. It looks like there was an issue with the controllers. The system needs to be programmed and calibrated so that all parts are working properly.

Check the gap of height sensor under the platform. It may need to be tweaked. Always make sure the battery is good.
