Sideshifter wear pads

Hi Gents,

I looking for wear pads for side shift. I seen lot of side shifter but I do not know what type it is. Upper 4 pieces, lower just 2.
It is working on Toyota 42-6FG20, but I think not "factory", I cheked it in EPC.
Please see it and help me if anybody know what this type.
