Discussion:
Auto shut off truck when p2 is running

Help to solve our problem in rd5200s.
When full speed lift and pump motor 2 is running, truck auto shutoff after 1~5min of p2 running. Nid to rekey to open again truck.
But when we disable the p2 in performance, truck is running ok,but has ĺow speed lift due to p2 disable and truck does not autoshut off.

We already replaced p2 motor assy, access 2, battery, p2 contactor.. All parts replaced in good condition.... But problem still exist, when p2 is running truck auto off after full speed lift 1~5mins..

Already calibrated the unit. Also valve calibration all ok...
All features setting ok, except in performance menu. We notice the ( lower~0.45) only but in other truck (lower~90).

Also clear event codes... But no new codes appeared in history to check the code when truck auto off.

Help.. Thanks..

Replace keyswitch. Replace emergency disconnect microswitch (under red button). Replace distribution board. If you have no error code then something is turning the truck off (assuming you are losing all display on Access 1 and have no flashing error codes on Access 2 & 3 modules themselves??
