K3 relay issues

I am having some issues on a SP it was shutting down intermittently found the tow drive switch bad on the distribution board replaced board ran good for a few months and shut down all together now when you depress the dead man pedal the K3 relay goes crazy trying to close the coil is only getting 9 volts if you run coil alone it will close as soon as you hook up K3A wires is when it acts up. I have changed out the board brake coil and the brake module. checked all connections on the card and board. unit is still failing I am wondering if any one else has encountered a similar issue in the past.

what is your input from the brake switch at TP11 doing? if it falls off when trying to power the brake system it could be in it or in control cables through mast
