Hello everyone

Here is our story: We have a BT Electric Forklift has a problem with the movement of the forks. When they move upward they do not have problem but when they move downward, they move very slowly. On the same time, there is a message on the display screen of the forklift that shows Fault Code C013.

The problem is that we cannot recognize what is fault of this problem and we did not manage to find an explanation or more details about this Fault Code C013.

If you need any further details about this please let me know.

Thank you

Regards,
Andreas

Thank you for all the information you supplied.

We have replaced the magnetic sensor and the bearing sensor because both had problem. We also turned the potentionmeter screw for adjustment, it got better but now it needs programming for adjustment of the height of the mast.

We are now in the search of the programming tool interface that is used for these purposes.

Thank you for your help anyway!

Could also be the lowering pot screw on the A5 card has moved.

If the sensors & height counter are working correctly then remove the arm rest panel, on the large silver card with all the green & red led's roughly in the middle is a screw potentiometer - this can be used to trim the lowering speed.

Turning it anti clockwise will increase the lowering speed, just turn it a little bit at a time until the lowering speed is correct.

Once I've set these up I normally stick a little dab of silicone sealant on the screw to stop it moving from vibrations due to rough floors.

Hi, Check the 2 no's magnetic sensor of mast near to bearing sensor of mast, malfunctioning of these sensor will generate this problem,

If you have stock, Replace or try with removing any one sensor connection.

The truck will work without any problem.

Good luck.
