Starting fault

Hi, we have a Hyster H13.00XMS that is will not start. it will start with easy start and will run ok, but will start after being turned off. Any ideas??
Perkins engine.

is that a perkins diesel or LPG fueled motor?
if diesel, have you replaced the fuel filters and does ANY of the rubber fuel lines have cracks that you can see if you bend the line? (replace all those lines and the fuel filter)
if LPG. does it have an electric or vacuum operated fuel lock off? does it have enough motor oil?
