Insulation Testing of Aerial Lift Trucks as per ANSI A92.2

We have to perform insulation testing on Insulated Bucket Truck as per ANSI A 92.2. But the frequency in my region is 50 Hz and the ANSI mentions 60 Hz. Is there are any calculations to figure out variations that may occur due to frequency change? What may be the new value of allowable leakage current? Thanks is advance.
