Linde warning light

Can anyone please tell me what this warning symbol is on a Linde E16C-02? Its a red light with an M in the centre and a small square either side. It's on constant and bringing up 32 on the dash. I thought brush wear so checked all 3 motors but all seem fine. Any hints or tips really appreciated. Thanks
