Raymond EASI REACH:
Looking for help with an EASi

I am currently working on an Easi (EZ A 95 03118). The truck does not want to plug correctly in either direction. I am limited on parts since it is my only easi truck. Suggestions from others already and I have swapped out Q1, K2 relay, TM1 & TM2, Firmware, VFC, Power card, System Card and Control hadle and nothing made a difference. I tested drive motor for ground and it had none. The cables from the motor are all new and I inspected each one and there was no issue there.I do not have a troubleshooting manual at the moment but I am supposed to get one in a week. I am just looking for ideas as what to look for to fix this issue. I do not know a lot about these machines and it kills me not to be able to get this running.

It accelerates normally. I know this is a dumb question but is there any way to bypass the regen?

How does the truck accelerate? If sluggish check drive motor field resistance. Should be around 1 - 1.2 ohms.
If acceleration is ok your regen. assy will need replacing.
It is located under the drive heatsink above the caster unit it is coated with black insulation material.

Fact of the week
Architect Gustave Eiffel originally submitted his design for the Eiffel Tower to Barcelona but the city rejected it for aesthetic reasons. As we know, he had more success in Paris, however, his plan was far from popular at the time.
