crown sp3020 plugging problems

I have several crown SP320 trucks and i seem to notice a trend of plugging issues with these trucks. Ill get a truck in my shop and the operator states that the truck will not plug usually only from reverse to forward. so the first few times i would just replace the contactors and away they went no further problems. then i started to notice that the same truck would be back 2 months later same problem and i know that there is no issue with the contactors (brand new). so i guess i am looking for any other suggestions on where to look what to check and so on and so forth any help would be great.

I have several of these machines and I have found that the speed pot in the handle gets a open spot. Access the pot and ohm it in both ways slowly to see if opens. The pot is a 10K ohm good luck, let me know what you find.

Fact of the week
In 1923, French tennis player René Lacoste was promised a crocodile leather suitcase by his captain if he won his next match. He lost the match but won the nickname "the crocodile" which he had sown onto his tennis attire. Ten years later he launched the first polo shirt and Lacoste, the first brand to feature a logo on its clothing.
