been down for a week two service visits no results no communication is there service this bad everywhere?

up date the tech came on 10/20 with parts told us his laptop was updated by jungheinrich and it would not communicate with the truck anymore so he left. 10/22 the truck is still out of service.
just so you wont have to ask again yes. I am not new to the way things work.
10/3-10/17 still down waiting on a part now.
Have you contacted the dealer again? Asked for sales or service manager?
it is a model ETVQ25 it will not startup error 0132.3, error 0180.8, error 2305.1 it has a good battery. I don't really want to toss the dealers name out yet.
