Komatsu FB15EX-7:
There are no mistakes , but there is no going back .

Please help me solve the problem.

The forklift does not show any errors on the instrument panel.
But there's no turning back, just shaking.
The forklift is moving forward, but slowly and with tremors.

How do I start the diagnosis? could it be faulty speed sensors?
do you have any experience with such repairs?
Thank you

Hey DemianM, as it is a DC motor I would seen for the drive motor brushes first.
Look at the drive contactors as well but normally it would give an error number if that is the problem.
