Have you try to access error list through address service?. generally show an error when a breakdown occur, and what about the parameters of speed limitation?.
Also check the encoder of traction motor, there is a service message for encoder wire break, but if encoder is broken the truck hardly move.

Are you sure there is no faults?, have you try to access to fault list?. If so, probably must to check steer sensor mounted on hidraulic motor(revolution sensor) in the back of the truck. Usually break the screw in the gear assembly of steer hidraulic motor.
