STILL EXU 20 AC traction , lifting problem

Hello everybody.The truck does not move or lifts.The led in the controller flahes two times.Only the horn is working.Any idea what maybe wrong?

Hi Mate

Have not worked on many still trucks but one thing i learnt on this forum thanks to engineers here is that some of these still use a display which hold a small battery which when goes flat can cause problems. If this has one of these displays check the battery in the back of the display.

Is it main contactor closed or not?
Is it wiring ok or not?
What are you see on vehicle?
Are you have 24v battery supply everywhere you need?
