STEER MOTOR/HYD MOTOR WILL NOT SPEED UP UNTIL AUXILLARY FUNCTIONS ARE USED. PUMP AND PUMP MOTOR RECENTLY REPLACED. THIS HAS THE LOAD SENSING PUMP
