Crown SP3200:
Speed drop upon turning

Having a problem with our stock picker. Drives forward/reverse normal speed on floor level. As soon as we turn the handle and the direction indicator turns orange, speed drops to a crawl. Similar speed to when your elevated. Verified Encoder setting and adjusted, Height encoder good, all limit switches test good. Distribution PCB new. Any suggestions??
