Discussion:
spare parts prices Toyota 8FBMT16

We have a two year old Toyota 8FBMT, less then 2000 hours but out of warranty. One of the ECU boards is broken. Price more then 8000 euro's. There are 4 of those boards in the machine. Replacing all four woudl almost be twice the price of the machine.

Anybody any alternatives or solutions?

Didnt show any code on display?
Anyway,if the controller is defective, you should try to repair it,or get one rebuilt,i bet you would spend half the price(or even less).

The diagnose came from a Toyota mechanic. The partnumber is 24120-13240-71.
Listprice 8896 euro

There seem to be 3 indentical boxes. The first problem was a fault with driving, it went into the slow mode. It was changed around with the box for lifting and then there was a fault on the lifting.

The origin of "love" as the score zero in tennis is debated, but two main theories prevail. One suggests it's derived from the French word "l'oeuf" (egg) which resembles the shape of the number zero. The other proposes it's related to the Dutch word "lof" meaning "honour" as players might be playing for honour when scoreless.
