well yeah a serial number might help but depending on which contol system this truck has the code means the following:

EV100ZX system - code 02 - Forward switch closed on initial start
problem could be bad directional switch, bad wiring associated with F/R switch, short circuit between TB3 and TB5 or a defective logic card.


I will assume this is not a Microcommand system on this truck due to the code being displayed but the microcommand code for directional input error is:

Micro Command System - display E - Directional switch circuit defect. Possible causes could be directional switch, wiring to directional seat defect, logics defect.

Code 2 does not exist in microcommand system far as i can see.

check your directional switch inputs and associated wiring.
