TB2 is battery volts when both seat switch and accel are made. TB5 and TB6 should only be battery volts when either forward( TB5) or reverse( TB6) not all the time like you have. TB1 will be about 3.5 volts going to zero volts as you press on accelerator

The hand set indicate code -01 seat switch but not quite that straight forward ,the switch test good showing batt voltage at TB3 and TB4. I understand that T5 is forward and T6 is reverse so should I have full battery voltage at these contantly until the ground circuit is completed by the controller ?. Accel pot is good and registers at the card and all directional micro switches test good.
Nether forward or rev contacts pull in but all other functions work fine, any pointers.
