Truck battery should have or did have a cap on one of the battery cells that has a single wire going to it...this is a level sensor telling the truck when the electrolyte level is low...either the battery level is low and needs filled or sensor is stuck or inoperative...the cap for the cell should have a single wire to it and be a clear cap...
