Thanks for all your help. I'm usually the one helping people with these issues and feels good to be helped my self.
I have zero support (my last Toyota contact retired;(.
It is lp. And I have came across something on this forum that the 14 flashes is "idle stuck at 750rpm "
This makes sense for the symptoms as Engine dies under any load IF LEFT AT IDLE.
Truck starts and revs up good otherwise Just seams like nothing communicating with electronic throttle body for increased throttle automatically under load.
I wasn't sure if it receives a vacuum signal or rpm signal to determine load conditions.
Assuming it's tach signal from distributer.
And when the dealer told me "were not sure what the 14 code is" I told them politely well if A Toyota dealer doesn't know who does? you guys should have factory support"
I think there just being lazy.
I deal with aerial lift equipment (JLG, Genie ect. Factory support few times a week and have yet to run into dead end like this dealer Seams to be with my cust. Lift.
I otherized them to replace the throttle pot a few weeks ago so hopefully that will solve my issues. I am skeptical though as they are just guessing and have not tested the pot to determine if it's bad,, very frustrating.

Fact of the week
Foundling hatches are safe, anonymous drop-off points for unwanted infants, allowing parents in crisis a way to surrender a baby safely without fear of punishment, ensuring the child is rescued and cared for. The concept started in the 12th century, was abandoned in the late 19th century, then reintroduced in 1952. It has since been adopted in many countries.
