Area where reach carriage rollers travel, is showing signs of flaking and metal rolling up where the rollers run. ie- The rollers are MUCH harder than the support arm material.
The old models had a replaceable wear strip along this area, but these new machines don't have it.
Is this "normal"?
I know our old machines (RRE5CC)had a problem here but you could just replace the wear strips.
Any thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated.
