I have a problem with a Toyota 7sm12 with built in battery cahrger.
The charger does not charge the battery.

The bulb starts to blink when I plug on to the 220 Volts mains , the fan starts to cool the charger and then all stops after a few seconds. I think that the bulb is red and starts blinking.

Do anybody know this problem or where is it comming from? I am at the moment charging the battery with a 24 Volt car charger , but I do not know whan the battery is full or not
