Forgot to update the status of OPC and Wire Guidance problem.
The last time that I made a repair to the Guidance system was August 2016.
Followed diagnostic steps outlined in the appropriate service manual for the specific serial number.
June 2016: Performed several volts tests, according to service manual diagnostics for error code 92. Determined that Filter Card is defective. Replaced card and allowed system to "Learn" offset and frequency.
This repair made a difference for approximately 2 months.
A different error code occurred in August.
August 2016: Once again, performed volts tests according to service manual. Determined that the Drive Unit Antenna Card was defective. Installed new card and allowed system to "Learn" offset and frequency.
Guidance has been working well, until this week.
Have to return to jobsite on Monday.
