Have a 8 series 48v electric sit down/4 wheel. Model 8FBCU30, Serial 61532. The issue is the strobe light will not stop flashing when the key is off. I have been battling this issue for well over a year now. I have tried everything. The dealer had it for a month and could not resolve issue. I have traced wiring schematics and even checked for a way to turn it off in the analyzer menus. The only thing I can find in the service manual is that there is an optional headlamp off/key off relay as well as an optional ACC relay. I purchased this 48 volt relay from Toyota. Installed into connector CF25 in accordance with the manual. This had no effect on the strobe light. I thought it might since the work lights have 48 volts with key off and they use the same harness connectors. The lights are switched however, so naturally they do not stay on. Is there anyone out there that can help me with this issue. I have spent countless hours trying to resolve this. Please help.
