I have ongoing starter issues. First replaced starter(with bracket). Starter failed. Replaced again with heavy duty rebuilt(vendor does 100's of these and this has helped in some severe use cases). Then bolts came loose(new bolts used with installs). Found bad spot on flywheel(maybe from loose starter and customer waiting to report). Replaced flywheel and starter. Truck ran good for two months and now customer reports noisy starter. Keyswitch was checked prior to first starter replaced for anti restart, ok. Vendor reported some GM motor have fuel issue which causes kickback. Any ideas?
