Anyone ever replaced a Filter Card of Raymond OPC Wire Guidance system?
Trying to solve a problem that has occurred several times in the past 18 months.
I am the 3rd tech to diagnose this problem.
The system will randomly "lose wire" unexpectedly. Guidance seems to work fine approximately 2-3 months, then suddenly malfunctions.
The voltage tests that I performed tell me that the Filter Card is bad.
