Understood. I doubt it's a mechanical connection. I've looked, no mechanical problems. I added my email to signature block if anyone out there has a service manual I can review. Specifically, I think there is a service limitation inadvertently placed on the drive software, limiting the truck to "crawl" mode.

I need the tech manual and am confident I can reset. At least give it a try, if that fails, I'll reluctantly call out a tech.
