Gives 8 fast blinks, then 10 fast blinks, and just keeps going with the 10 fast blinks. Does this mean anything?

"Unicarriers - it would have to be for a dual fuel unit also. Usually a bad cam or crankshaft sensor will throw a E-27 or a E-28 code on the dash panel... If it does not light up and the bulb is bad then it will not start also."
