Has the rest of the Q1 circuit been tested/inspected as well? If I remember correctly they are RayCats, and the Q1 circuit could be causing the repetative faults, R-1, Rec1 etc. I'd be looking very hard at the rest of the circuit expecially with the 20 series codes, and q-1 not beeing at fault. On a raymond at the minimum q-1 and rec1 are changed together.
