HISTORY:Unsure what happened. Machine was parked for months. Batteries kept up and all in good condition. 2.57- 2.58 volts in every cell. Machine was just brought into service from sitting for 3-4 months and just got hydraulics working. So I began to use it while driving it to a few different positons there was a clicking noise (sounded like cards clicking on bicycle spokes) but was running with no issues. Parked to to get off and straighten a load I was about to pick up and it would not move. Wheels are free, hydraulics move but truck will not travel under it own power. VERY ODD. Probably another sticking contactor someplace. Gotta start looking into this.

Solved but need more info. Found a lever by seat (seems to be a brake/ disconnect not being allowed to go down all the way due to a bolt that had fallen down jamming the travel of the mechanism. Does anyone know what this is for. When connected with the limits that were set by the lock nuts it would not allow the brake or disconnect to move far enough. SO I reconnected this and ran bolt all the way out to where it is connected to but. It ties the seat to the brake lever mechanically bonding the two together. However we still have this clicking noise in forward or reverse.
Questions:
1.what could be causing a loud clicking noise in forward or reverse that is associated with speed of the wheels.
2. What is the proper adjustment of the ball joint tie rod that bonds the seat lever with the brake/ disconnect.
