I'm working on a Toyota 7fdu35 with a charging problem. Have had the alternator off twice and tested twice. Tested good both times. Even had them tear it down and inspect it but everything tested good. Put It back on and still no charging. All voltages going into the alternator are correct. Even jumped the excite wire manually and still nothing. Any suggestions?
