your problem is lift switch & lowering switch, most likely its a bad switch on the side of the mast or your magnet is to far apart and the switch doesn't open when its lowering thats the first thing, second check reach out limit sensor that sits of the middle of the truck by the reach out cylinder if the truck has that option.
