Looks like you only have 5 bolts out. You have 5 more to go. There are 5 NUTS that also hold that on. Look in from the front side of the lift, more towards the middle, and look for the nuts that have 3/4" hex heads. 2 are on the underside also. They are going to form a full circle shape of fasteners that hold that on.
