have no lowering, unless engine revved or steering turned. This system needs pressure from a pilot hose into valve assembly to allow lower. THERE IS NO PRESSURE UNLESS YOU MOVE STEERING OR TILT..s/s. once PRESSURE IS THERE, it lowers normally.
There is a lower switch that goes to a small ckt board. This board has an output to the diverter valve solenoid on left frame rail. Without a schematic, I'm guessing this valve should get 12 volts when the lower switch is activated. It has nothing. Switch is good, gives signal to box, wires to sol are good, but there is no output to solenoid. This sol on the diverter valve measures 10 ohms. I'm guessing it's too low and drawing too much current, then took out the ckt board that controls it. Without any diagram or info, I/m just guessing on the sol. It might even be a sensor and my diag is wrong. Have a new Toyota manual but does not include the 35 series. that's another $800!
If someone has a rundown on what the sol does, or even it's purpose, that would help!
