Have a Hyster which blows FU1 continually. Card has been changed several times to resolve this fault. Could i have a short beyond the card?

"Unicarriers - it would have to be for a dual fuel unit also. Usually a bad cam or crankshaft sensor will throw a E-27 or a E-28 code on the dash panel... If it does not light up and the bulb is bad then it will not start also."
