I was at a customers farm and picked up a bunch of equipment. he had a 4fg-25 forklift which I could use in my shop. problem is she won't accelerate. starts and idles but a soon as you attempt to accelerate she dies. I know zilch about forklifts but it is a gas 4P engine. spark is good fuel to carb is good. managed to get rpm up but a soon as it warms up she stalls(has what appears to be an electrical device on top side which also gets warm). won't start for a while. there is a thread bolt on throttle body and one on other side( air/fuel mix?). any and all suggestion appreciated.

Fact of the week
The dot-com bubble, a period of large and rapid investments in internet-based companies, peaked in 2000 and saw the Nasdaq Composite index rise by 579%. Then the bubble imploded. As the value of tech stocks plummeted, cash-strapped internet start-ups became worthless and collapsed.
