Your right Marty you wont change my mind we had far too many disasters with the titan and lost far too many customers because of them. I do find your comment about understanding how to service them quite insulting are you insinuating that i dont know how too??? ive been in this industry for nearly 40 years working on most machines from hand pallets trucks to vna and reach stacker and received Hoist training. The dealer i worked for bought a large fleet of hoists mainly Titan and FKE I did find the FKE to be a fairly good machine but the titan was a disaster. I know Hoist is a small manufacturer compared to most but I stand by what I said about parts supply its a disaster and most on here seem to agree with me. If you supply a truck into the UK you need to be able to support it 3 months forwhat should be a service part is unaceptable , and the parts prices wow!!, By the way yes i know you supply Linde with trucks and know quite a few linde engineers who hate the things
