You are correct, I am the Owner of Hoist. Fortunately we have many good customers in the UK that continue to order our trucks, they have a good understand how to service them. We have several 24-7 customers in the UK one being Beverage "Can Manufactures" Many of our UK can customers own trucks that date back to the 1960's and continue to order brand new trucks. Lifter you mentioned Linde, are you aware they're our largest customer in the UK. Every large electric they supply to Jaguar is a Hoist. They do a great job servicing our trucks and have ordered new trucks this year. Its our fourth order over the last 15 years. Parts and service support is always a challenge when they're half a world away. Linde figured out how to do it with local parts inventory and trained service professionals. Large compact cushion tire trucks require specialized service and support. It not my goal to change your mind just want to let you know we have satisfied customers in your country that have had our products for a very long time, Enjoy your weekend.
