thats a hard question to answer
either unit is built very similar
I've had the opportunity to work on both units and they both have their own quirks usually being in the same systems like the angle sensors or the hydraulic controls. Overall though they both do give good service if maintainted properly by the service company and the operators alike.
Hubtex is a higher priced unit and harder to get parts for
Combilift is the lower priced unit and getting parts seems to be easier.
Of course the pricing of the units is generally based on what the market sales is in the areas they are being sold in.
In any case i'd say the combi is probably the more cost effective unit to get.
Just remember though, these units be it Hubtex OR combi require special training to operate because of the nature of how they operate so be prepared to have to train your operators.

good luck in your decision
get more input, product information before making a definitive decision. Check with the dealers in your area and get all the info you can on both units... sales and service both.
