Did they plug a laptop or pda in to the truck via the diagnostic socket in the roof?

How did they replace the bearing?

Was the complete mast & reach carriage pulled in to another RRE or was the mast lifted of the carriage then the carriage pulled out with a hand pallet truck?

Has the altimeter cable come of the roller on the counter?

Is the metal bar at the bottom right hand section of the mast bent?

Any caution symbols on CID or error code's showing on CID?

From the description something is either damaged or calibration is incorrectly set up on the truck.

Was this an official Toyota / BT dealer technician working on the truck?

As for the bearing, was it the adjustor bearing at the back of the carriage that failed or one of the large roller the carriage rolls on?
