Hello,

Could you please help me to solve a problem on the forklift I have on the rig (Jungheinrich EFG 430) since I can rely only on an operation manual and the maker is not answering my e-mails.
The display is showing error code 038 and none of the hydraulic motors on the machine is not starting. I am suspecting the I/O smart card module which is controlling the drives but I can not be sure. I checked the wiring and apparently found nothing out of order but you can never know. I wouldn't like to order the control card and discover that the problem was just a loose wire.
If you could point me in some direction by telling me what "error:038" means it would be of a great help.
Thank you and regards!

Fact of the week
The word "okay" (or its abbreviation "OK") originated as a humorous misspelling. In the 1830s, a fad in Boston involved using abbreviations of intentionally misspelled phrases. "OK" stood for "oll korrect," a playful mispronunciation of "all correct".
