I'm not surprised to hear that Medley botched a job and then wouldn't fix it.

From what I hear and see, they pay top dollar to bottom barrel mechanics and then attempt to bill them out at $130/hr for the 6 months they last before quitting.

This post only reinforces that, in addition to jimmy_w's initially shady way of attempting to gather information. Typical Medley.
