i was offered a job at toyota and given that figure as a sign on bonus
it was VERY tempting but i was already employed and happy with were i was at so i declined the offer. Needless to say not long after that offer the manager in place at the time left the company and went elsewhere. I'm not sure how that really would have played out but the offer was like no other i have ever gotten before. They were desperately trying to get a hold on the market share in this area and were doing anything they could to get it apparently.
