Thanks for the replies, we have lengthened the turbo diaphragm linkage and the units no longer code out. I am suspicious that this is a bandaid on the real problem. With two trucks out of service I am OK with this fix for now. I will replay back with the actual fix once we find it. So far the power seems unaffected and the boost rate comes right up as commanded.
