I,m new on here so I haven't gotten to the part where I can start my own discussion. But you guys seem to be the ones to talk to. I have a 7HBW23 Toyota electric pallet jack. Totally dead. warehouse people can't seem to remember to charge. Foreman said lift wouldn't charge. I plugged into wall and blew the breaker for the 110v outlet. Any suggestions? Is this due to zero charge in lift? Should I charge batteries individually with separate charger? Thanks.

yes brendan you should be able to start your own new thread so this might need to be moved out of this discussion to a new spot... maybe admin's can do this.
Anyway to answer what i know of about batteries and chargers in pallet jacks, depending on the type of charger it may not want to start up if the batteries are too dead, some chargers require a certain voltage to even turn on.
Now if it is an older type (non-solidstate) and it is trying to start up and charge totally dead batteries , yes it may be pulling so much current/amps that it is causing the CB in the wall box to trip or even the CB on the charger to trip.
If this unit has the battery pack with 4 batteries in it then sure, test each one,(make sure you load test each one also), and make sure there is not a bad one, this can also run you around in circles.
