You really need to buy a DC amp clamp. Testing a charger without one is near impossible went it comes to no current. You might have 75 volts but if your only pushing 60 amps where it should be 180 you cannot know.

Now go get one, if you test and find its low amps check your diodes. That's usually where I look. GL
