Hi.
"7" is: Global error, check all other controllers for errors in 7 digit display. Check: Lenk-koordinator, all 3 "elle" (one for each Wheel) and see if one of theese show an error. If you don't have knowledge of this 4 way lift-truck, be very carefull.
