I would figure if Wisconsin lift truck said there was no pressure {and sold you the truck "super cheap",} you will need to rebuild the transmission.
does it have any codes on the dash?
it actually could be the dash is bad, but I would think that Wisconsin lift truck would have taken pressure readings, and ruled out a bad dash.
I would suggest the starting place to be to take the pressure readings yourself.
