My Yale 8000lb LPG lift is no longer turning over. It ran great when we bought it and not so great for a while after we basically drove it between offices for a few blocks on full throttle while transferring it. Initially, the lift would start with starting fluid and then stay going if I continuously pumped the gas. Because of this, we checked all ignition components - all were good, we cleaned the carb, and decided to rebuild the regulator. Since doing this, the forklift will only crank, and will not turn over - with, or without, starter fluid. When the key is on, you can hear the solenoid above the regulator click, and when you put vacuum on the hose between the carb and the regulator, you can hear the membrane in the regulator open up but still no starting.

Yes - there is propane in the tank and yes, it is hooked up correctly.

Any ideas?
